Artist Statement:
I started a journey 44 years ago. My desire was to be the best artist I could be. I’ve never had the idea of being better than anyone else. That concept does not drive me. I am not sure what that really even means. We come to this place called earth to perform a task. However, life often gets in the way.
This body of work is the beginning of remembering what it was that I came here (earth) for. I feel rejuvenated, rebooted, re-energized, replenished and “I Am Remembering You”. Bold, bright, simple in your complexity and loving. You are the what that gets me up every morning.
